I registered for the
Vancouver Farmers Market and got invited to attend their 2012 craft jury.
This is where they judge your creations using a point system and depending on the final amount of points you are invited to apply for four markets during the season spring, summer and fall. After participating in at least three markets you are eligible to attend the very popular
large market in the Christmas season. So... there are markets every sat, sun and wed from May until Oct totaling 86 markets!! Wow, that's alot of vendors. By the end of the week I should know if I have been approved! :)

While we were waiting we drove through North Vancouver on
Grouse Mountain exploring new neighborhoods. New to us anyway. We stopped for coffee and a cinnamon bun in
Dundarave, found a garage sale on Rondovole Drive, had lunch at the
Save on Meats on Hastings and bumped into a
Chinese New Year celebration. We also visited a Value Village before heading back to pick up my display in Britannia High School. All in all, it was a wonderful day just hanging out with my hubby.
